Our work in Mainland China  

Our partners have provided legal services across the border to the Chinese Mainland since early 1990s. We have taken a keen interest in development in Greater China and have actively maintained professional contacts with lawyers in Mainland China for the purpose of exchanging knowledge and ideas.

To date, we have established extensive contacts with law firms in various parts of Mainland China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Hebei, Henan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangxi and others. Our specific aim is to enhance cross border trade and business joint ventures for our clients.

Our extensive experience in all aspects of PRC business and investment as well as in the enforcement of PRC arbitration awards in the Hong Kong SAR will be valuable to participants in China trade and investors.
 
Our association with Colin Ng & Partners LLP, Singapore
In 2008, we entered into a formal association with Colin Ng & Partners LLP, one of the top law firms in Singapore. This strategic alliance has enabled us to provide professional legal services to our clients who require advice and support in Singapore and South-east Asia, including Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia.
 
Our association with Cabinet Shefet Selarl, Paris  
In 2007, we entered into a formal association with an European firm – Cabinet Shefet Selarl. Cabinet Shefet was created in 1989 by Mr. Dan Shefet whose prior experience includes that of in-house counsel with IBM Europe in Paris, private practice in Copenhagen and the European Parliament in Luxembourg.
 
Our links with other jurisdictions
We have also established close contacts with the legal professions in Taiwan, Macau, Thailand, South Korea, India, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. These contacts have formed a valuable network for our clients when they require advice in other jurisdictions.
